Hi friends!  In this show we are exploring what it means to cultivate courage and to be brave.

Sometimes we forget that to be brave means we have to walk through our fear - not that we are fearless.  To be brave and to do something courageous  means we have to walk forward and connect with our fear.

So often we think we are weak when we feel scared, that we aren't courageous in the face of fear and that we can't be brave.

This show is about embracing the fear energy you feel during the small and bigger scary moments in your life so you can practice walking forward as you cultivate courage.  (I also share more details about a fire walking ceremony I recently participated in!)
