In this Episode, I will tell you the number one mistake I see women making when they are washing their hands - and why you need to change WHAT you are using to prevent the dreaded "old lady" hands. I'm not into "anti aging"- I think aging is a privilege - BUT you need to be making sure that you are keeping your hands as soft and smooth as you can - and I bet you're using the wrong things!  I'll share with you what I use to keep my hands as soft as possible, and why it's better than most "skin softening" hand washes on the market.   I will also debunk common myths around washing your hands and killing germs.
