Today, I am introducing you to a very important man in my life - my 86 year old father. My dad has lived a full and exciting life and has endless stories to share. In his lifetime, he has seen the world change A LOT. In turn, he has changed and grown, A LOT.   In this episode, he is sharing little nuggets of wisdom from ALL of his experience. We touch on some topics that we had never really talked openly about prior to this conversation. We cover everything from being the oldest of 7, understanding generational abuse, meeting your parents' expectations, living with purpose, AND his most recent passion that he is convinced is going to help him live a longer and happier life.  I hope you enjoy this episode.
