Ep 29: Hell Yes's, Setting Boundaries, Couch Cries, & Happy Accidents

This week I channel in real time cuz I didn’t really prepare for this ep lol. But I kinda like what came up. I talk about how I’ve really been working on only saying yes to things that are a hell yes. And that it’s not always easy. When you only say yes to a hell yes, it means saying no to more things. And when you say no, there can be fear around how the people you’re saying no to are going to react. I’ve been tested in this multiple times over the last few weeks & I share about that whole experience. PS I encourage you to try the hell yes experiment with me!!Then I talk about what surrenders looked like for me lately when it comes to dating. How hard it’s been, & how I’ve had multiple ‘cry on the couch’ moments. BUT I’m feeling in a really good and grounded place and I want to continue to just fucking allow, cuz man does it feel better than the gripping energy I was in. I share a couple funny stories from my hike this weekend & a hack on where to buy your books.
