Countless folks tell me they would go after their dream project if only they felt more confident. It's one thing to know what you want in life, another thing to actually go after it.

But confidence is simply a feeling that you can create with your thoughts.

And the minimum baseline of it is believing that you can figure out something hard that's new to you. And let's face it, you probably have countless examples of this in your own life, right??

Working on confidence through your thoughts AND bolstering with your actions is pretty much the magic formula.

It's also not like eye color, as in you either have it or you don't.

It's a PRACTICE.

One thing is sure, confidence will not magically fall from the sky as you sit there ruminating!

In this episode, I break down exactly how to build your confidence so that  you can go after any goal you set yourself. 💖

PS. When you start giving the middle finger to your fears and start taking your dreams seriously, magical things start to happen.  Email me today to talk about how we can get there together: [email protected]
