EP. 29 Reinventing myself this past year - A look back It has been a year since I started recording my podcast "My secret life with an eating disorder" and today I wanted to just take a look back and reflect on the past year and how it all got started for me, shares on my thoughts and my insights with you about my Podcast. It initially started because I wanted to get out of my office, not that I don't love seeing patients in my office I absolutely do but I feel like I had a really important message to share with women about feeling good about themselves.
