Ep.29 The Current Good Day People

Plenty of our conversations have been rooted in change and this episode is no different. We are moving from an old idea where we're over the hill and looking in the rearview mirror staring back at 'the good old days'. We're forty-something women bringing truth to old sayings and ways of life that were meant to make us feel small, insignificant or as though there wasn't much of anything to look forward to. Au contraire, we are thriving and nowhere near having lived all of our best times. We haven't loved everyone we need to love, we haven't laughed all of belly laughs, we haven't given up on the beauty that is our second half of our lifetime. We are questioning all of it.
