Ep. 3 - Collaborative Therapy

In Zession Episode 3, we sit down with fellow therapist, Bri Craig to discuss their journey as a collaborative therapist. Through this form of therapy, there is a huge focus on client-therapist relations, and an emphasis on the therapist being a helping hand in their client’s journey. In this podcast episode, we talk a lot with Bri about their goal to remove the hierarchical relationship between the client and therapist, and rather, aid in the growth of their client in the space they have created together. In collaborative therapy, the therapist urges their client to communicate their needs and consistently encourages full transparency.
