Tony Sanborn is a current serving K9 handler with the Scottsdale Police Department in Arizona. He is also the President of the Arizona Law Enforcement Canine Association (ALECA), an organisation obsesses with empowering its members to be better police officers and K9 handlers. Tony started life with exposure to violence and insecurity, with his father being a Vietnam War Veteran, suffering from the effects of PTSD.
