Ep. 30: The ERA and Florida abortion bans and campaigns

After 29 episodes alone or with guests, I am proud that episode 30 features Kinda Radical's first male guest! Today we are joined by my good friend Nicholas Thurston to talk about the ERA (ratified or not?), Florida politics, and campaign trails all over the country.    We start by giving an update about the ERA in Biden's last few days of presidency, and hoping that it will in fact be added to the constitution soon! Unfortunately, there is little legal evidence to prove that is on the way. We get into the Florida abortion ban where Nick works on democratic campaigns.
