About Kristi:
Kristi is a psychologist who has worked with young people and families for over 15 years. She is trauma-informed, person-centered, and to earth, with a good dose of humor thrown in for good measure. Her own body image and food relationship journey guided by Vanessa and the BFF led to a cascade of growth, health and happiness, personally and professionally. She can be found at https://www.instagram.com/kdypsych/?hl=en on Instagram.
About Jo:
Jo is a mum and preschool teacher who has been supporting the well being of children and families for over 25 years. In 2021 Jo decided it was time to concentrate on her own well-being and joined The Body and Food Freedom Project. Jo is changing her relationship with food by practicing intuitive eating and body acceptance. Saying 'no' to diet culture for the first time in her life has been liberating!
