Then create three ‘ribbons’ of anchovies (you’ll use one whole tin). Dust with Aleppo pepper and finely grated Parmesan. Sandwich with the other piece of puff and return to the freezer for 15mins to firm up. Cut into 1cm straws then place on their sides onto a lined baking tray.
