EP 32 - If my parents created a safe space for me as a CSA survivor..

from Yer.Bossy · host Yer Nina Xiong

In this episode I share my thoughts about how having a productive and safe space growing up would be super helpful if things like SA happens. I share how I feel about my parents in this area and how I approached coming out to them was because I wanted to live, but not because they created a safe space for me. The point I am trying to relay here is to prepare or check yourself as a parent and create a safe space so god forbid if this ever happens to your child that they are comfortable and feeling you are a safe space for them to go to. We can't keep our eye on them 24/7 and we can't prevent everything harmful from happening, but we can be here for them sooner than later or it's too late even if things like this does happen. I hope this brings awareness. As a CSA survivor myself, I believe if my parents created a productive and safe space for me, a lot of this could've been prevented and I could've started my healing way sooner.ʚ You can find more about me at 𝘄𝘄𝘄.𝗬𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗼𝘀𝘀𝘆.𝗰𝗼𝗺 ɞIf you’d like to 🅢🅤🅟🅔🅡 support me here is an option to do so : ♡☕️ https://buymeacoffee.com/yer.bossy✨THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE BOSS!✨As always, stay being the bad boss that you are! ̤̮xoxo,Nina💕
