We hear all the time about protecting our energy, but what happens when we know our energy is going somewhere we no longer want it to? How do we take our energy back? How do we cut the tie to that person/situation/version of ourselves etc? This tool can be implemented to cut any unwanted energetic cords. Like anything, this gets easier with practice.
