Thanks for listening today!

Happy 2019.  The days keep speeding by, don't they?  So many of us are still feeling overwhelmed and stressed.  A lot of it is because of our culture, our responsibilities and because we don't carve out space to pause, reflect and relax.

Let's explore how to be more intentional and mindful in our day so we can make space for peace in the midst of the busy times.  When we take the time to pause for a peaceful moment, it is a true act of self-love and compassion.

When you find yourself in a constant state of stress and anxiety, it's time to practice discipline, patience and grace as you make new peaceful choices.

In today's show, I share 5 ways to start carving out a quiet moment in your day to recenter and get grounded - which will help you feel more clear, authentic, joyful and at peace.
