EP 344: Early Days-Introduction

Host: Michal Charles No two recovery journeys look the same, but one nearly universal truth is that connection with others in recovery can make the experience smoother, easier, and dare I say it, even fun! The goal of the Early Days podcast is to identify some of the common themes and issues that come up around early sobriety to provide a sense of connection, break down the walls of loneliness, demystify confusing topics and laugh about the outright silly ones! Together let's seek the comfort to be found in sharing the burdens we all bear during The Early Days. Michal is an American podcaster and sober warrior who believes every recovery journey is as unique as the individual traveling it. With over a decade of sobriety garnered through various systems, programs, and support networks, she's passionate about breaking down stereotypes and smashing through the guilt and shame that can keep those suffering with addiction in the dark. Michal is an animal lover, rescue enthusiast, and motorcycle chick who loves helping others, whether in her personal or professional life.
