Caroline is a corporate escapee having spent 20 years working as a chartered accountant working for large businesses and not for profits. She has wound her way around world working in Australia (her home country), the UK, Namibia and Laos. Realising these environments didn’t support her as an introvert she set up her first business offering Facebook ads management to small businesses. After a few more false starts and getting clear on what she wanted from her own business, Caroline now supports other introverts to redesign their business. She helps them create businesses that allow them to thrive as introverts rather than just survive.
