EP. 37 Out of the Bubble. Owning your body confidence with Finnish plus size model Kaisa Henriikka @kaisasparkle

Welcome to another episode of Out fo the Bubble. I am delighted to be talking with the gorgeous plus size model Kaisa Henriikka, otherwise known as @kaisasparkle and she certainly does.  I first met Kaisa in 2019 whilst taking part in Khrystyana's Real Catwalk in Trafalgar Square and as soon I saw her strutting her stuff in a bright Orange Baywatch style swimsuit looking utterly gorgeous I knew I had to get to know her better.  We find out how Kaisa began her modelling career and how she feels about the plus size industry. Where her own confidence comes from and Kaisa offers some great advice for those that might be feeling less confident about their own bodies. She is an absolute pleasure to be around and I'm sure some of her inner confidence will rub off on you. A favourite that song that inspires you-  Love On Top by Beyonce. I love knowing that Kaisa sings this with herself in mind and what a great message to send yourself. A book thats inspired you- Kaisa loves the author Khaled Hosseini , especially The Kite Runner. Who inspires you? My dad. Listening to Kaisa talk about how she watched her dads own body confidence as a child is such a good reminder to us all to watch how we talk about ourselves in front of our children.
