Today, through her initiative Parayma and navigating the emotional and practical demands of systems work.Recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and a UNESCO Young Leader, she has spoken on global stages and continues to advocate for grounded, sustainable, and systemically informed approaches to leadership and transformation.
