[Ep#387] Focus on BETTER – not more

Years ago, in my career coaching practice I used to look up to colleagues who had much more experience that I had.   Sadly, I believed I needed to have more certifications to build my personal brand as a trusted authority, so I began to study more courses and attend more conferences. It became an obsession.    But here’s what I learned after hundreds of hours training, more certifications I can count, several awards, and still not feeling good enough...
