In this week's episode of Wildfire and Flowers, P & V dive right into the hot topic of intellectualizing your emotions.  This is the defense mechanism skill that is also used as a coping mechanism to block confrontation and avoid feeling your feels by logically explaining and talking about the emotions instead.
