Hey girl! So... Recently over the last 6 months to a year I have had a lot of women coming to me complaining of weight gain, fatigue, anxiety, mood swings, and overall feelings of unhappiness. Many of these women were in their mid to late 30’s-40’s. It occurred to me that I’m in that age range. I’ve listened to their symptoms. I‘ve seen my mother go through a horrible time with endometriosis, menopause, and finally a hysterectomy. I decided to do a little further digging on my own to explore not only my options when these problems arise but options for my patients who are struggling with these problems.
