Christine Bullock is an entrepreneur, health expert, world renowned celebrity fitness guru, mom and host of the KISS podcast. Christine is an incredible force of nature with many accolades and accomplishments under her personal and professional belt. She's the creator of multiple fitness and nutrition programs including Evolution 20 and Super Shred. And in recent years, Christine has taken Total Body Wellness a step further and created an incredible line of wellness products called Kayo.
