Do you ever put up with abuse from your inner tormentor?? Most of us go through life with this voice inside that is our biggest critic. It loves to come on especially when we're trying to change something in our lives. It nitpicks our every move. Second-guesses our every decision. Never finds anything we do good enough. We’re a nuisance at best and an embarrassment to the human race at worst! But could you ever imagine treating your best friend that way? Or your child when...

Or your child when they make a mistake?

Would you ever tell them, “ugh you’re such a fuck-up”?

Then why on earth is it OK for that voice to talk to us that way??

My friend, our relationship to ourselves is arguably the most important one in our lives.

And yet we show up like an emotional abuser.

But here’s what NOBODY tells you growing up:

  1. Everybody else and their mother also has that voice, no matter how successful they look on the outside, AND...

  2. You don’t have to take everything it says at face value!!

Because as hard as it might be to believe it, that voice really does mean well. 🤯

It just imagines that the world is a wicked place and wants to protect you from harm.

It’s just a bit... clumsy to say the least 🤪

I’m telling you this because you don’t have to banish that voice from your life or even hate it.

All that is needed is to notice when it's on, thank it for its service and go about your own business ANYWAY.

Yes it takes practice (because, well, you’ve been practicing believing it for decades) but you can get there.

Tune in to today's episode to know how.

PS. What I outline in this episode is the way to stop sabotaging yourself and go after the life you want.

It is NOT rocket science. Just lots and LOTS of intentional redirecting of your mind.

And I can totally help you with it. 🌈🌈🌈
