EP 4: Gaslighting 101

This episode features a brief recap of my most recent blog, Gaslighting 101. For an abuser, their favorite types of games, are mind games. They will use gaslighting as a tactic to maintain power and control over you. Without boundaries, self-awareness, and a spirit of discernment, it is easy to be weaved into their web of lies.
