Day 27+28/75 of MAKING:(Thursday 24th July 2025, Friday below) Actions:* outreach workflow improvements (now just need to clean up URLs it scrapes, for better context)* ⁠improved outreach message and placeholder (killer prompt)* ⁠checked in with team on deliverables Thoughts:* today I „only“ had to work, which was a blessing. I enjoy the simplicity of singular focus. Hard as a dad to do. Had a friend look after Lottie so that helped tremendously.Realizations:* maybe hiring a developer for those n8n adjustments is worth while? Signed up for another automation Skool group that I hope to get support from.* ⁠my ex mentor now pivots to Facebook ads after teaching thousands of agencies SEO. Crazy times! Good I am learning cold outreach and IG ads now.What I want to do better tomorrow:* nothing, today was awesomeMoving and health* 45min beach walk and podcast episode recording* 5k steps (ok given I didn’t feel so healthy today)----Day 28/75 of MAKING:(Friday 25th July 2025) Actions:Cold outreach 500 leads campaign started with 3 inboxesBought 2 domains, 5 new inboxes each, warming up now for 2-3 weeksNew name brainstorm: StuckInDelivery / UnStuck → helping agency owners getting unstuck and free up their mind so they can spend time with family or do the things they enjoyThoughts:Focus Friday rocksRealizations:Cold email tools like instantly can do what my N8N workflow does but not that in depth. For example, they can add a certain level of personalization, however, are unable to dynamically craft each mail for each sender which my workflow is able to do. That’s my workflow will very likely result in less spam complaints and in better delivery.Moving fast and trying a whole lot of new things is the fastest way to learnAccountability is what keeps me moving forward. What I want to do better tomorrow:read a book.
