"At least you have a healthy baby, that's all that matters" We've all heard it before. But, what if you don't have a healthy baby? What if during your traumatic birth your baby also died? Erica Zaldivar, LMFT, joins me to discuss loss after birth trauma. Her daughter, Verity, died at 13 days old in the NICU due to a birth injury in March 2021. Erica has since used her training as a therapist and her lived experience to create a wonderful support community for loss families.
