from Homeopathy Hangout with Eugénie Krüger · host Eugénie Krüger Homeopathy

In this episode, I’m joined once again by Nyema Hermiston, a homeopath and author of Planning Parenthood in the Age of Autism. From the role of nutrition and environmental toxins to the overuse of common medications, Nyema sheds light on simple yet impactful choices that can support healthier outcomes for future children. With compassion and clarity, she shares why informed decision-making is key, especially for those planning to conceive.
