We all do.  We live in a society now where having a bad day is nearly seen as a really bad and worrying thing when it´s normal as we are human and we are emotional beings and some days we just won´t feel any oomph or motivation and often won´t even know why. It won´t always be because of stress, trauma, worry or anxiety in our lives.  This is such an important topic and I wanted to address it in this episode so that hopefully I can give you a different perspective on it and also give you some tools and strategies to counteract it and to have wins even though no motivation or energy.  Your mind is the control tower so it is so important that we exercise it daily in the ways I outline in this episode.
