I started The MindBodyHealth podcast so that both myself and experts around the world can educate you on how you can regain control of the MindBodyHealth area of your life because when you have control of this area of your life it has a catalytic impact on all other areas of your life. I also created this podcast to clear the confusion about so much regarding this area as while there has never been so much freely available information there has never been so many lies, untruths, false information and fake experts. Having spent now over 3 decades educating, guiding and supporting people all over the world in regaining control of their health I aim to use the podcast as another tool in this purpose.You want to be happy right? We all do. It's the goal for us all in life. However so much of how the world is designed and societal conditioning sees the vast majority not happy. However this does not need to be the case BUT one must put a conscious effort into the internal work and create internal happiness. One cannot be happy from external sources. True internal happiness allows us experience happiness from the external sources.     Are you drawing disease towards you or pushing it further away? In this episode of The Mind Body Health Podcast I address one of the most if not the most important issues in modern times : disease. Is disease an inevitability of life? Is it "normal" and acceptable to spend the latter years of our lives medicated and suffering? Is there anything we can do to counteract what societal conditioning tells us is "normal" part of life around disease? In this episode of the podcast I will speak about 1. How you must own your life experience and take personal responsibility for all and to become conscious of the impact of your daily decisions and actions 2. How you are being lied to about the inevitability of disease and how you need to break this acceptance of it's inevitability as you hold the power. 3.How it is your lifestyle choices that will decide whether you get a disease or not. Your daily lifestyle choices are either drawing disease towards you or pushing it further away. 4. The impact of water, exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress control and more on whether you will get a disease in your lifetime or not. and I speak about a few other related topics and angles around disease prevention too. NOTE there are no guarantees in life except death. Therefore there are always exceptions BUT I can say with certainty what I share on this podcast will positively impact your life around your disease. My goal, as always, is to clear up the confusion and destroy myths and lies and share the truth in a way that makes sense and is easy to understand so that you can apply in your life. As a human you are an emotional being so your decisions and resulting actions are typically determined by your emotions. The biggest companies and industries know this. Hence the power of their marketing and sales strategies which basically firstly get you into a heightened emotional state state and then in that vulnerable easily manipulated and influenced state they hit you with an "irresistable" offer. That's sales and marketing and it's time for you to stop being a victim of it. In this episode of the podcast I will speak about how 1. Diets don't work and how from a subconscious level are only ever going to be temporary so you are destined to return to old habits and often end up in worse shape and health that you started with. 2. There are no magic pills - for anything in life. It doesn't matter whether we are talking about the quality of your relationships, the shape of your body, the level of your health, the amount of money in your bank account, the success of your business etc Success in any area of life takes work, positive work ethic, good attitude, vision, dedication, being persistently consistent, resourcefulness and resilience when obstacles and challenges hit. 3. Having a Lotto Mentality kills your chances of success. Those with this mentality are merely wasting their lives away in hope that the lotto will change everything. The reality : it won't!! Most lotto winners are broke within a couple of years.
