Ep. 45, It is time to stop hiding and BE SEEN

One of my biggest focuses of 2024 is to be seen.  And let me be clear, it is not that I am not 100% authentic with you here - because I am. But wanna know a secret??? There is more to be said here.  And I think that you have more to say too. I spent YEARS of my life trying not to be seen. Trying to fly under the radar. To fit in. To just let what was be ENOUGH. And you know what? I suffered. The moment I started choosing my truth, and being brave enough to be witnessed in it....the rewards started flowing in. Being ourselves is our superpower but we are all SO SCARED to be seen in our entirety. Because god forbid we admit that WE ALL HAVE OUR SHIT.  It's time to OWN that. Because you are enough, just as you are. And the moment you believe that, everyting will change for you. I loved recording this episode.
