Ep. 45 | The Cost of Limited Beliefs

Our limiting beliefs come with a cost, preventing us from expanding and embodying our full potential as people. Marianne Williamson, Author of A Return to Love, has written: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be?" Our limiting beliefs are there as a result of the habitual patterns that we have developed over the years. They may stem from childhood, and they may even be ancestral thought patterns. To replace these ideas with new ones, and unlock new layers of possibilities, we must, first, become aware of our thoughts and the realities that we create with our words.
