In today's solo episode I talk about the dawn phenomenon, a term known well among those with diabetes, simply put are those frustrating nighttime and morning highs. Between 3 a.m. and 8 a.m., blood sugar levels rise naturally due to hormonal shifts, like increased growth hormones and cortisol, leading to insulin resistance.
