Again, last month I was honored to do a global Cisco presentation. I shared essential self-care tools that, frankly, we all need right now. Last week on our podcast, we talked about the importance of being PRESENT. Another simple tool is: Be Positive. Perhaps it gets overlooked because we live amid pandemic chaos, the news is tough to digest, and it's more challenging to focus on the positive… Focusing on the positive doesn't fix everything, but it will make you feel better. It is a practice. A choice. And the more you choose it, the easier it gets.
