Ep.48: Don't Just Show Up, Show Out!

On this week's episode I address one of the topics discussed on last week's episode, work anxiety, fear due to lack of job security. (that's right you have to go back and listen lol) In this economy, there is no such thing as job security, regardless of what sector you are in. However, despite our fears, we must still report to work. We have bills to pay and passion projects to fund. Living in this kind of fear is certainly unhealthy and to be quite honest, who wants to go to work with a lump in their throat every day? Tune in as I discuss some ways to reduce these work place anxieties. What it all comes down to is how much effort are you willing to put in to ensure your value at your place of employment?
