Kelly Chall is a running coach and performance specialist based in Clearwater, Florida. Married with two daughters, Kelly brings both the heart of a mom and the drive of an athlete to everything she does. With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, Kelly recently channeled her passion into founding Chall Performance Coaching — a run coaching and performance nutrition business built on the belief that everyone is an athlete, regardless of your stats. She specializes in coaching runners from 5K to half marathon distances, helping them train smarter, fuel better, and show up with the right mindset. Kelly’s approach is rooted in her Performance Triangle framework — the intersection of Training, Fuel, and Mindset — and is unapologetically anti-diet-culture. She teaches her clients that food is fuel, not punishment, and that sustainable performance comes from building the whole athlete, not just logging miles. When she’s not coaching clients or building training plans, you can find Kelly working on her tennis skills, baking sourdough, or out logging miles herself. She’s currently over a year into a run streak and doesn’t have plans of stopping anytime soon!
