from The Last Supper - Art in Asia · host Oscar Venhuis
In this episode I sat down with senior curator Özge Ersoy of the Asia Art Archive (AAA) in Hong Kong. We discussed the transformation of Asia Art Archive, how they changed their research approach, the research areas that they are looking into, how they think about preservation of art and the relationship between curating and writing. Özge Ersoy is Senior Curator at Asia Art Archive. She has worked in the curatorial teams of various nonprofit arts organisations in Hong Kong, Istanbul, New York, and Cairo for the past fifteen years, researching artists’ archives, contemporary art collections, and independent art spaces through exhibitions, public programmes, and publications.
