Most terror cases are avoidable because we should never have let the perpetrator into the country, as we learned yesterday from the Justice Department regarding the Saudi terrorist in Pensacola. Hence, supporting sovereignty and security is the ultimate pro-life policy. I also detail the crazy jailbreak cases in New York and the need to build a movement to counter crime like Reagan did.
