Adapted from the Japanese series of Zatoichi films, the tale revolves around a Vietnam veteran that was blinded in action and returns as one of the greatest swordsman on Earth only to be pulled into a lurid tale of drugs, murder and kidnapping involving the biggest little mobster in the world and an awful little shitbird from Florida.
