Ep. 58, TOOLKIT: Visualization for protecting your energy

I talk a lot about protecting your energy on this podcast. So much of that practice is your awareness, and your conscious decision to focus on YOUR energy. But what happens when you have someone in your life with "big" energy, or someone that consistently drains your energy? How can you be proactive in not letting their energy take over yours? In this episode, I am sharing a short riff on why protecting your energy is so important, followed by a visualization practice that I do prior to every single one on one call I host. That is how much I believe in this concept and this practice!  This practice will allow you to focus on the energy you do want and shield everything else.
