For over two decades, I’ve dreamed of owning a home with water views — a place I could see my family gathered, my grandchildren running around, and me sitting back in a deck chair soaking it all in. This vision lived on my vision board for more than 10 years, written in my journals, and even visited in my dreams. But for a long time, I was stuck in the “how.” I thought I had to figure it all out myself, and in doing so, I believe I was blocking it from happening.When I finally leaned into manifestation, let go of the how, and trusted the timing, everything shifted. We sold our home in Gymea Bay with the goal to diversify our assets, renovate, and build equity. It’s not just about creating our dream home — it’s about creating opportunities for the future, including flipping homes with our boys.
