Ep 593- Vocalist Stella Cole Talks New Music, Inspiration, & Touring The World!

Stella Cole joins The Roundtable with Robert Bannon to celebrate It’s Magic, her new album on Decca Records US, out August 22, and to dish on the whirlwind that’s taken her from viral standards to orchestral sessions and national TV. We get into the making of the record, the classic-love-song palette she’s reviving for a new generation, and what it’s like working with heavyweight producers and arrangers to capture that lush, old-school sound. We also talk tour life—how she’s bringing this music to theaters, clubs, and festivals across the U.S. (and beyond), the songs audiences are demanding, and the moments that keep her grounded as her career rockets forward. If you love the Great American Songbook with a fresh spark, this one’s for you. — Watch & listen wherever you stream podcasts.
