This month we are talking about C. S. Lewis' The Discarded Image, in which Lewis describes what he calls 'the medieval model.' We talk about medieval art, science, and philosophy, touching in brief such subjects as the theory of the humours, basic medieval astrology, and some of the philosophic and theological problems that fairies presented to the medieval mind.
