We can all wish for a different life - but what does it actually take to make it a reality? For some of us, we want to make big changes. For others, it's small tweaks. But in most cases, we wait until something changes in order to start living the life that aligns to the reality we want to create. We wait until we start exercising to start living the life of someone who is fitter. We wait until we have the job before we start feeling like we are worthy of the career. We wait until we are in a relationship before becoming the person who feels worthy of love. What if the secret to accelerating your journey to your "ideal life" was living in the way you would if you were already in it? Chances are - we'd be achieving that life a whole lot quicker!
