    EP #8 - What does the ideal routine for results really look like?

    You've heard of the 5am club.No screen time within the first hour of waking.Always workout in the morning. Chances are if you're striving for success you've heard of all these "successful" coaches and entrepreneurs promoting their exact morning/daily routine as the answer for how they achieved so much. But... Your life looks different.You're more energised at 3pm in the afternoon than you are at 8am.You prefer to workout at night, not at 4am.Or perhaps you have commitments in your life that make the "perfect" routine almost impossible. You may think you're doomed to never achieve the levels of success you aspire to all because you pick up your phone to check notifications first thing in the morning. Well, I'm here to tell you that it really doesn't matter... You CAN achieve success even if your morning routine doesn't include ice baths, breathwork and grounding activities.     EP #7 - The real question you need to be asking to help you achieve your goals

    "What do you eat?""What are your macros?""How many times a week do you train?"Chances are, if you've ever wanted to lose weight or change your body composition, you've asked someone these questions. I'm not trying to be mean, but chances are, your body and your lifestyle is going to be completely different to mine.     We can all wish for a different life - but what does it actually take to make it a reality?For some of us, we want to make big changes. For others, it's small tweaks. But in most cases, we wait until something changes in order to start living the life that aligns to the reality we want to create. We wait until we start exercising to start living the life of someone who is fitter. We wait until we have the job before we start feeling like we are worthy of the career. We wait until we are in a relationship before becoming the person who feels worthy of love. What if the secret to accelerating your journey to your "ideal life" was living in the way you would if you were already in it?
