Ep.61- The Entrepreneurial Journey with Dandelion-Inc

As we celebrate our fourth anniversary and look forward to our fifth, I share some of the highlights from this year, including a 75% increase in membership, the transition of The Seed podcast from monthly to weekly episodes, and the successful launch of our first roadshow outside of my hometown. Despite the challenges we faced, such as vendor issues and unexpected learning curves, I emphasize the importance of creating organization and structure in our work. One key lesson I learned this year was about communication. I invested in Slack to enhance member interaction, but it turned out that our private Facebook group remained the preferred platform. Initially, I viewed this as a failure, but I soon recognized it as a valuable lesson in understanding my community's preferences. As we approach the holiday season, I encourage listeners to reflect on their own wins and lessons learned throughout the year. Every step forward, no matter how small, is progress. I express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been part of this journey—members, podcast guests, and loyal listeners alike.
