EP.62 - Come and See

In Psalm 66 we are going to WORSHIP!! This is turning into a theme and is indicative of why the Psalms were such great worship songs for the Israelites.  In this Psalm, the psalmist calls on all people to worship God, speaks of his glory, his beauty, his power and then he provides us with the proper response to our God. The message of the Psalm boils down to multiple calls to Come and See. This was also the phrase on the lips of the apostles who brought people to meet Christ. It should be the phrase on our lips as well. It should be the praise on our lips. Come and see what God has done, for us, come and see what he has done for all creation, come and see his rich blessings, his love, his sacrifice, his salvation. Come and see what God has done.
