Kurtis is an Army Veteran & former Movie star.  You can see him standing next to Kevin Costner and Robert Duvall in the movie, Open Range.  Today he owns a painting company, Veteran Painting (VP). Kurtis volunteers as a Christian outreach minister, and has dedicated a large portion of his life to helping others.  In doing so, he has also helped himself.  Selfless acts of kindness are the norm for Kurtis, and it is these acts which help Kurtis heal from trauma he as endured in his life.
