Throughout her career, she has built partnerships that enhanced their training programs, funded their scholarships, and opened doors to employment. Her passionate leadership has impacted students in all levels of education from K12 to University. Ginger is the President and CEO of Tomorrow’s Talent, a premier intermediary building bridges between education and employers to help the next generation succeed in careers they love. Under her leadership, Tomorrow’s Talent leverages internships and apprenticeships to help employers create a pipeline of emerging talent to fill their workforce. Ginger served as the Chief Communications and Community Engagement Officer for the San Bernardino City Unified School District, the State’s 7th largest K12 agency. She facilitated numerous partnerships to advance the transformative power of education, including the District’s groundbreaking work with the County of San Bernardino’s Workforce Development Department and San Bernardino Valley College to pilot an innovative internship program for high school students: Generation Go!Ginger served as the Executive Director of the Making Hope Happen Foundation. Under her leadership, the Foundation grew into a multi-million-dollar organization enhancing education for students from cradle to career.
