Chaos, Vulnerability, Leadership & Being ExtraordinaryRobert pioneered personal transformational growth in the U.S.A and Asia with over one million graduates from companies he founded and led. Today he is a Speaker, Leadership Trainer, Best-selling Author, Business Consultant and Executive Mentor.Robert was raised in poverty and with much physical and emotional abuse. Dropped out of college after one semester as a result of suffering the first of three heart attacks. He attended one of the early Human Potential Training events which helped him “get me out of the way of success.” He went on to incredible entrepreneurial accomplishment and at least one notable failure.Retired at 46 to a 14,500 sq ft home in Aspen with his wife, the love of his life. Then lost it all —  business failure and divorce —  with lots of learning from those mostly unpleasant experiences.Now Robert works as Mentor to executives committed to living extraordinary lives. Robert is once again engaged in a fresh start and loves working with extraordinary entrepreneurs and owners who want support in integrating business growth and profit with joy and satisfaction.He has spoken before audiences of 15 – 8500 from New York to Las Vegas to Beijing and many place in between; presenting to associations, corporations, non-profits and Rotary Clubs from Aspen to Singapore.
